Turolight VIV-T8DF4/U/13W/30/F: a 13W direct-fit LED U-bend tube on a G13 base, in the warm 3000K setting. It drops into an existing 2x2 troffer on the fluorescent ballast already in the fixture, which is why U-bend direct fit is still the fastest way to get a floor of old 2x2s off F32T8 lamps without touching the wiring.
The product title we inherited says DLC. Turolight's own VIV-T8DF spec sheet, dated 09/20/21, publishes a DLC column and marks it Y for the 4000K U-bend, ordering code 1762865. The 3000K U-bend does not appear in that table. The family text does say cULus listed, DLC approved, and the ordering matrix does allow 30 for 3000K - but a rebate application needs a listing for the exact code, not the family. If the rebate is the reason you are buying, call us and we will get the current listing from Turolight in writing before the order ships.

Pro tip from the counter
On a U-bend direct-fit retrofit the tube is rarely what fails first. Turolight will not vouch for a ballast more than five years old, and most 2x2 troffers that still have U-bends are older than that. If the new lamp flickers or will not strike, change the ballast before you send the lamp back.
Best for: warm-white retrofits of existing 2x2 fluorescent troffers where the ballast is staying and the schedule does not allow rewiring every fixture.
Is this tube actually DLC listed?
Treat it as unconfirmed. Turolight's VIV-T8DF spec sheet marks the 4000K U-Bend as DLC yes, but the 3000K version is not shown in that table at all. If a rebate depends on it, ask Turolight for the current listing before you submit.
Do I have to remove or bypass the ballast?
No. Direct Fit means the lamp runs on the existing fluorescent ballast, which is what makes a U-bend retrofit a ten minute job rather than a rewire of every troffer in the ceiling.
Why are three different wattages published for one lamp?
Because the ballast decides. Turolight lists system power at low, normal and high ballast factor, so the same 13 watt nominal lamp draws roughly 13, 16 or 22 watts depending on what is already in the fixture.
Will it fit my 2x2 troffer?
Measure the leg spacing on the lamp you are pulling out. Turolight's ordering matrix lists this code simply as U for U-Bend without a spacing figure, while their current U-bend product is a six inch spacing lamp, so confirm before you order a case.
