What to send
- Catalogue numbers where you have them. Manufacturer part numbers get you an exact price fastest.
- Quantities and units. Say whether you mean each, box or case — a lot of boxes, fittings and plates are sold by the case.
- Where it's going. Project name or site city, and whether you'll pick up in Vaughan or need it shipped.
- When you need it. A required-by date lets us tell you up front what's on the shelf and what needs to be ordered in.
- Equivalents OK? Tell us if a spec'd brand is fixed or if an approved equivalent works.
Working from drawings or a spreadsheet?
Paste the list straight into the form. If it's a file — a takeoff, a spreadsheet, a PDF schedule — email it to sales@mapleelectricsupply.ca with your project name in the subject line.
