Easy to find what I needed, pricing was r reasonable, easy to pick up my stuff, and the guys at the counter were friendly and helpful.
I am so pleased with Maple Electric's competitive pricing. Even with the cost of delivery to my northern location, their cost was less than ordering or buying anywhere else because I also received a 'new customer' discount. When I did receive my item, it was undamaged and well-packed for shipping.
My only negative comment is that the Klein tool set that I ordered on Maple Electric's site indicated that it was IN STOCK. A few days after I placed my order, I called and spoke with a very polite and accommodating gentleman, inquiring about a tracking number for my delivery. He informed me that the item had not yet arrived from the Klein Tools warehouse in the U.S., but that the item should be arriving by the following midweek. Once Maple received it, I would get tracking information, and it would be promptly sent to me.
Had I been in a hurry to receive my order, I would have opted to pay the extra cost at Home Depot. I don't recall anywhere in the online site that indicated my wait could possibly be up to 2 weeks for delivery. This information might be helpful for others moving forward.
Otherwise, I would highly recommend Maple Electric!
Love these christmas lights, easy to install. Made x-mas decoration easy and simple and fun to do. kids gonna have a blast.
