The Leviton 88064 is a 4-gang blank wallplate in white thermoset, standard size, that mounts to the box and closes off all four openings. Pro tip from the counter
Thermoset plates are hard and rigid, so over-tightening the screws on a wavy wall or boxes set at slightly different depths can crack one, especially over a wide 4-gang span. If the boxes aren't flush with each other, pick a nylon plate, which flexes instead of cracking.
