Can I request that you carry a product you do not list?
Yes. Call (905) 553-7171 or email sales@mapleelectricsupply.ca with the manufacturer and part number. We can often source items in lines we already carry even when they are not listed on the site.
Does new to the catalogue mean it is a new model?
Not necessarily. Some items are genuinely new releases from the manufacturer, and others are established products we have just started stocking. The product page will show the manufacturer and model so you can check the specification.
What are the shipping terms on these?
