Turolight ordering code 1782006, model HD-PAR30LN/I90/12W/5CCT/WFL40/D/BK: a 12W PAR30 long-neck LED lamp with a glass lens, a black housing, CRI 90 and five field-selectable colour temperatures. At 12W it replaces a 75W halogen PAR30 in a track head or a recessed housing, and the glass lens gives a cleaner beam edge than the moulded plastic optics on cheaper PAR lamps.
Why CRI 90 and a black housing go together
This lamp is built for places where people look at the merchandise rather than the ceiling: retail display, gallery walls, restaurant tables. CRI 90 keeps reds and skin tones honest, the 40 degree wide flood covers a display without hot-spotting, and the black housing disappears into a dark track head or a black-baffle recessed trim instead of glowing white in the aperture.

Pro tip from the counter
Wet location and enclosed fixture are not the same permission. Turolight rates this lamp Yes for wet location and No for enclosed fixtures - so it will live under a soffit, but seal it inside a glass jelly jar or a closed lantern and the heat has nowhere to go and the driver goes first.
Best for: retail, hospitality and gallery accent lighting in track heads or open recessed housings where colour rendering matters and the fixture is not sealed.
Common questions
Can I use this lamp in an enclosed fixture?
No. Turolight lists Enclosed Fixture Application as No for every lamp in the HD-PAR I90 5CCT range, even though the same lamp is rated for wet location. Those are two different questions.
How much does the colour temperature setting change the output?
More than most people expect. Turolight publishes 852, 970, 887, 868 and 857 lumens for the five settings, so the 3000K position is the brightest and 2700K the dimmest by over a hundred lumens.
Is it dimmable, and with what?
Turolight lists it as dimmable and publishes a separate dimmer compatibility list for the HD-PAR 5CCT range. Check that list before you pair it with an older incandescent-era wall dimmer.
What does the long neck change compared with a standard PAR30?
Length. Turolight gives a maximum overall length of 4.84 inches against a 3.74 inch maximum diameter, which seats the lamp deeper in a recessed housing and pushes the face closer to the trim.
