The Intermatic PE953 is the MultiWave wireless hand-held remote that sends commands to and reads data from Intermatic's PE650 and PE653 pool control systems and other Z-Wave devices. Its water-resistant backlit display shows time, equipment status, water and air temperature and ON/OFF schedules. It replaces the older PE950 remote.

Pro tip from the counter
If the homeowner wants a second remote for inside the house, set up the first one completely, then use the PE953's copy function to clone its programming to the new handset. Programming both by hand usually leaves the two remotes with different circuit names and schedules.
