Pro tip from the counter
Keep the bag sealed between jobs. Nylon ties take up moisture from the air, and ties left open in a dry, heated shop over winter turn brittle and snap at the head when you pull them tight; if a batch starts cracking, leave it in a sealed bag with a damp cloth overnight before using it.
