The Techspan SCM560P9W is a EUREKA-HD Series 60 A pin and sleeve plug, 4-pole 5-wire, for 3-phase wye 120/208 V circuits at the 9 o'clock key position. It is the watertight IP67 version, built to IEC 60309 with North American cULus listing.

The watertight rating only holds as a mated pair. Plug it into a watertight W-suffix receptacle or connector such as the SCM560R9W and thread the coupling ring all the way home; the splashproof S versions share the same key, so a sealed plug in one of those only gives you the lower splashproof protection.
