Pro tip from the counter
At a vanity, a sconce on each side of the mirror at roughly eye level lights the face evenly, while a single fixture above casts shadows under the eyes. T10 LED filament lamps are longer than A19 bulbs, so check the lamp's overall length against the 10-1/4 in shade and use the same colour temperature in both sconces.
