The Intermatic AG2401C3 is a Type 1 or Type 2 surge protective device for 120/240 VAC single-phase, 3-wire services, rated 50 kA SCCR with a 20 kA nominal discharge current. It mounts through a 7/8 in knockout on a meter base or panel and comes in clamshell packaging.

Pro tip from the counter
Intermatic allows this SPD as Type 1 on the line side of the service with no overcurrent device, or as Type 2 on the load side fed from a breaker. Decide which before mounting, because that sets where the leads land. Either way, the green LED must be on after energizing.
