Ontario and Quebec orders over $150 ship free, the rest of Canada gets 10% off at checkout, and delivery runs 3 to 7 business days anywhere in the country. Local electricians can collect at the Vaughan, ON counter, and the price match guarantee covers every tool on the page.

Rack-A-Tiers makes specialty hand tools for electricians, most of them designed by tradespeople to solve one jobsite problem each. The catalogue is not organised by electrical rating, so buy by task: pulling and dispensing wire, bending conduit or cable, cutting holes in steel, or steadying a ladder. Wire dispensers differ by spool capacity and how they mount, with floor-standing frames for heavy reels and stud-mount models such as The Stick for tight rough-in work. Impact bits are sold by tip pair, length and package, with bulk packs cheaper per bit than a single card.
Common questions
Which wire dispenser should I buy?
Judge it on spool weight and where the reel has to sit. The standard Rack-A-Tiers dispenser is rated to 330 pounds and stands on the floor or in the van. The Stick fastens to a stud, which suits rough-in where the floor is already full. Both let the wire come off the reel instead of dragging the reel around.
What do the colours on double-ended impact bits mean?
The colours flag the two tips so you can grab the right end without squinting at the shank. Blue and red is Phillips number 2 on one end with Robertson number 2 on the other, while red and green pairs Robertson number 2 with number 1. Length is a separate choice, with 4 inch and 6 inch versions of the same pair.
Hoppy or Bulldog, which bender do I need?
The Hoppy is bought by conduit trade size, so a 1/2 inch Hoppy bends 1/2 inch pipe. The Bulldog is a cable bender rated to 500 MCM, meant for shaping large conductors inside a panel or trough rather than bending conduit. They solve different problems and neither substitutes for the other.
What sizes do the steel hole cutter kits cover?
The four piece kit carries 7/8, 1-1/8 and 1-3/8 inch cutters plus a pilot drill, which lines up with the common knockout sizes for 1/2, 3/4 and 1 inch connectors in enclosures and strut. Confirm the arbor and pilot arrangement suits the drill you plan to run them in.
Is it worth combining tool orders to reach free shipping?
Usually. Ontario and Quebec orders over $150 ship free, and small tools reach that number quickly. The rest of Canada takes 10 percent off at checkout instead. Delivery runs 3 to 7 business days Canada-wide, and local electricians can collect at the counter at 8520 Jane St in Vaughan.
