A thin square LED fixture that can go on a ceiling or a wall, indoors or out, lets one product cover hallways, entries and covered porches in the same job. The Eurofase Troy 12 in square LED flush mount (47525 series) is only 1 in deep, puts out up to 1,450 lumens from 22 W, and has a colour temperature selector with five settings from 2700K to 5000K. It is wet listed and mounts over an existing octagon box.

Before picking a dimmer, check Eurofase's dimmer guide for the Troy. If you're choosing without it, an LED-rated ELV (reverse-phase) dimmer usually gives a smoother, quieter low end than a basic TRIAC slider on a single small integrated-LED load.
