The Techspan FLFR6C250F is a yellow, nylon fully insulated female flag disconnect for 12-10 AWG stranded copper wire, sized for a 0.250 x 0.032 in tab. It is rated 600 V and -55°C to 105°C, and comes in packs of 100.

Pro tip from the counter
Check the tab thickness as well as the width. This terminal is made for 0.250 x 0.032 in tabs, and on thinner 0.020 in tabs, common on some appliance and switch terminals, it won't grip tightly and can overheat at 10 AWG currents.
