The Pro1 IAQ T705 is a single-stage 1 heat / 1 cool thermostat that programs as 7-day or 5+1+1, with four time periods per day and a 4 sq in blue backlit display. It runs on two AA batteries or 24 VAC hardwire power.

Pro tip from the counter

Leave a note for the landlord or tenant about the low-battery sequence: after 21 days of ignored warnings the T705 locks setpoints to 55 F heat and 85 F cool, and after about 63 days it shuts the system off until batteries are changed. On a vacant or seasonal unit, hardwire the C terminal so a dead battery can't turn off the heat.
