For Klein's 42-inch steel-handled bolt cutter, this forged alloy tool steel head drops in as a direct replacement, precision ground for efficient cutting with one adjustment to realign the cutting edges. It handles soft and medium metals up to Brinell 300 / Rockwell C31, and hard metals up to Brinell 400 / Rockwell C42. Not rated for cutting cable.
Best for: renewing cutting performance on a 42-inch bolt cutter once the original head is worn or damaged.
