Klein's 24-inch steel-handled bolt cutter gets a direct replacement head here: a forged alloy tool steel blade, precision ground for efficient cutting, with one adjustment to realign the cutting edges. It handles soft and medium metals up to Brinell 300 / Rockwell C31, and hard metals up to Brinell 400 / Rockwell C42. Not rated for cutting cable.
Best for: bringing a 24-inch bolt cutter back to full cutting performance once the factory head wears out.
