No. 63045, made from strong fiberglass with heavy vinyl grips for comfort and slip resistance. Linemen and utility crews use it to put a worn cutter back in service instead of buying a new tool.

Pro tip from the counter
When one handle has cracked, inspect the other handle for cracks, splits or white stress marks in the fiberglass before reassembling. A cutter with one new handle and one fatigued handle can still fail under load, so replace both if the second shows damage.
