Klein's ratcheting ACSR cutter uses a patented two-step ratchet mechanism to cut heavy cable in fewer strokes, cutting up to 336 MCM ACSR, 400 MCM copper, or 600 MCM aluminum with noticeably less hand force than a standard cutter.
