An emergency or maintenance stop that anyone can reset by pulling it out isn't much of a lockout. The Techspan PB-BS14 is a red 40 mm mushroom head push button operator from Techspan's 22.5 mm metal control and signalling series that latches when pressed and releases only with key No. 455. Panel builders use this key-release mushroom head where a machine must stay stopped until a key holder resets it.

Pro tip from the counter
Every head keyed to No. 455 opens with the same key, so a key left hanging on one station resets all of them. Keep the keys with the maintenance supervisor or in the lockout station, and order the contact block and body at the same time, since the head alone won't switch anything.
