Pro tip from the counter
Galaxy's wet rating applies only to a covered ceiling mount. It works under a porch roof, soffit or carport ceiling, but not mounted on an exposed wall or out in open weather, so pick a wall-rated outdoor fixture for those spots.
Best for: hallways and closets, laundry and utility rooms, covered porches and carports, condo and rental unit upgrades
