Pro tip from the counter
3-pole 4-wire at 125/250 V means two hots, a neutral and a ground, so this plug is for single-phase loads that need both 120 and 240 V, not three-phase gear. Measure the cord jacket before ordering: a cord outside the 0.57 to 0.71 in range will not seal in the strain relief and the connection loses its IP67 rating.
