The Techspan SCM460B9W is a 60 A, 3-phase 250 V AC flush-mount pin and sleeve inlet, 3-pole 4-wire, made by Scame to IEC 60309 in the Eureka-HD series. It is blue with the ground at 9 o'clock, IP67 watertight and IK10 impact rated.

Pro tip from the counter
Land L1, L2 and L3 on the same marked terminals on every inlet, connector and receptacle in the system. Pin and sleeve keying stops wrong-voltage connections but not reversed phases, so consistent wiring is what keeps motors turning the right way when equipment moves between power points.
