The Techspan SCM560C7W is the female cord connector for that job: a 60 A, 277/480 V three-phase wye, 4-pole 5-wire (four poles plus ground) watertight IP67 device keyed at 7 o'clock with the red 480 V colour code. Pro tip from the counter

A 4-pole 5-wire device needs a 5-conductor cord: three phases, a full neutral and a ground. Crews used to 3-pole work often grab 4-conductor SOOW, which leaves no path for the neutral, so check the conductor count on the reel before cutting.
