The Techspan SCM430C12W is an IP67 watertight IEC 60309 pin and sleeve connector (the female cord end), rated 30 A at 125/250 VAC, 3-pole 4-wire with the 12 o'clock ground position and orange colour code. Pro tip from the counter

Just because #12 SOW fits the cord gland does not make it a 30 A cord; size the conductors from the CEC flexible cord ampacity table for 30 A, and check that the cord's outside diameter lands inside the 0.675 to 0.910 in range or the gland will not seal to IP67.
