Bonding jumpers, equipment grounds and small feeder taps on 6 AWG copper need a lug that crimps once and stays put. The Techspan BLU6S8 (Hypress lug) is a short-barrel copper compression lug for 6 AWG copper conductors with a single hole for a 3/8 in stud. It is made from tin-plated copper tubing with no weld seam and is UL and CSA listed, so electricians and panel builders can use it on grounding bars, busbars and equipment terminals.

Pro tip from the counter
Standard compression lugs are sized for normal building-wire stranding. Fine-strand flexible cable such as welding or DLO cable has more copper strands and a larger overall diameter at the same AWG, so it may not fit or crimp properly in this lug; use a lug rated for flexible stranding on those jobs.
