Recessed to Wall Installation

  1. Select a dry wall to open a hole for fireplace box
  2. Fix the three anchors in each side of the fireplace box
  3. Take off the two screws in both sides of the glass panel
  4. Have two people to take the glass panel out of the fireplace box.
    Place it at a soft and clean place
  5. Have two people to move the fireplace box to the wall hole

 

Wall Mounted Installation

    1. Select a location that is not prone to moisture and is located at least 36" away from combustible materials
    2. Have two people hold the appliance against the wall to determine the final location
    3. Place unit face down on a soft, non-abrasive surface.
      Remove ethe bracket from the back of the unit by removing the screws
    4. Mark out location, then mount the bracket(s) onto the wall using the supplied screws.
      This bracket MUST have the hooks facing upward and be level
    5. Witht the wall mounting bracket installed, have two people lift the appliance up.
      Insert the two hooks on the bracket into the two slots on the back of the appliance
    6. Check the appliance for stability ensuring that the bracket will not pull free from the wall

Hey purchased this electric fireplace a little while ago, and it’s been such a game changer. We’ve noticed it this season.

Un petit feu pour réchauffer mon vieux cœur (et mes pieds!)

Mon p'**** gars m'a installé ça, le foyer électrique, et je dois dire que j'étais un peu sceptique au début. Un feu sans bois, sans la bonne odeur? Tsé, c'est pas comme avant! Mais il faut avouer, c'est ben pratique pour une vieille dame comme moi.

Ça fait une belle ambiance dans le salon. Les flammes, elles changent de couleur! Je pensais pas que ça ferait si moderne, même moi j'aime ça. Le soir, quand je tricote, c'est doux et ça ne fait pas de dégât. Plus besoin de traîner du bois ou de vider les cendres. Mon dos me remercie, ça c'est sûr!

Et la chaleur, oh là là! Juste assez pour réchauffer mes pieds froids pendant l'hiver de Montréal. C'est pas un vrai feu de bois, non, mais c'est tellement facile et ça fait son effet. Mes petites-filles adorent ça quand elles viennent, elles disent que c'est "stylé". Moi, je dis que c'est juste confortable.

Alors oui, je le recommande. Pour le confort et la simplicité, c'est parfait. Et mon p'**** gars est fier de lui, c'est ça l'important!
