Canadian warehouses and plants often run their high bays at 347 V, and most fixture-mount sensors stop at 277 V. The EiKO 10221 (SEN-3C-KO) is a 347/480 VAC PIR occupancy and daylight sensor that mounts in a 1/2 in knockout on the fixture and drives the LED driver's 0-10V input. It switches through a zero-cross relay and dims to programmed high and low levels, making it a fit for facility managers cutting lighting energy in aisles and bays.

Pro tip from the counter

EiKO's installation notes call for mounting the sensor at least 5 ft (1.5 m) from air supply ducts, since fast-moving air can trigger false detections. In warehouses, also look for unit heaters and make-up air units near the fixture before you pick which high bay gets the sensor.
