The EiKO VTS-7CS-40K-U is a 4 ft LED vapor tight surface fixture that replaces those fluorescent luminaires with a sealed IP65 unit putting out 7,150 lumens at 65 W, with 0-10V dimming and 120-277 V input for commercial circuits.

Pro tip from the counter
Feed it with round jacketed cord or cable sized for the supplied cable gland. A gland only seals around a round jacket, so flat NMD or loose conductors through it leave a gap, and water gets into an IP65 fixture right at the entry.
