The Rack-A-Tiers VPU.SS.2USB.15A is a stainless steel countertop pop-up box with a 15 A receptacle and two USB charging ports that rises when needed and pushes down flush when not. It can go into a countertop or a floor, and the assembly includes the electrical box, outlet and plate.

Pro tip from the counter
Quartz and stone fabricators would rather cut the opening in their shop, so get the pop-up's cut-out size to them before the countertop is templated. Also check what is under the spot: the box drops below the counter, and a drawer box or sink base underneath can rule out the location.
