The Techspan L-141209C is a 14 in heavy-duty natural nylon cable tie with a 120 lb tensile rating, sold 100 to a pack. At 0.300 in wide it wraps bundles up to about 4 in in diameter, a regular pick for industrial electricians and panel builders.

Pro tip from the counter
Tension heavy-duty ties with a tool rated for 120 lb ties and let it cut the tail flush. Snipping a 0.300 in wide tie by hand leaves a sharp angled edge that slices gloves and forearms on the next service call, and hand-pulled ties rarely reach the tension the strap is rated for.
