Bathrooms in rentals, condos and hotels need even mirror lighting that is cheap to relamp. The Galaxy Lighting 921224BN-HPF is a 2-lamp fluorescent bath and vanity light in brushed nickel with a satin white acrylic lens, running two 17 W T8 lamps on a 120 V high power factor electronic ballast. Pro tip from the counter
If you are fitting a whole building, compare this with Galaxy's LED twin, L921224BN022A1, which uses the same brushed nickel housing and lens with a built-in 24 W LED module; it saves stocking T8 lamps and ballasts, while this fluorescent model suits buildings that already carry 2 ft T8s.
Best for: rental and condo bathroom turnovers, hotel and motel vanities, commercial washrooms, buildings standardised on T8 lamps
