A 24 in three-light bar is the usual answer for a single-sink bathroom with a standard mirror. The Galaxy Lighting Brighton 710653ORB is a three-light vanity light in oil rubbed bronze with satin white glass shades that soften glare at face height. It takes three A19 medium base bulbs up to 100 W each (not included) and Galaxy rates it for damp locations, which suits bathroom renovations and builder packages with a warm, traditional finish.

Pro tip from the counter
Satin glass shows fingerprint oil as shiny smudges once the lamps are lit. Handle the shades with clean cotton gloves or a lint-free cloth when fitting them, and tell the homeowner to wipe them with a soft damp cloth rather than a scouring pad, which can polish bright spots into the etched finish.
Best for: single-sink bathrooms, ensuite renovations, builder bathroom packages, powder rooms with a wide mirror
