The Arlington F101FGC is a single-gang ONE-BOX™ vapour box for devices: it screws to a wood or steel stud, and its gasketed flange seals to the air barrier. With 22 cu in of space and a grounding clip, it is a device box for walls, not a ceiling fan or fixture box.

Pro tip from the counter

Arlington tells Canadian buyers to order the GC suffix, which adds a grounding clip to the non-metallic box. Have your electrician land the bonding conductor on that clip so there is a proper termination point in a plastic box when a metal plate or device yoke goes on.
