The Arlington CPS15 is a non-metallic sleeve you fasten to the form before the pour. It leaves a 1-1/2 in hole in the concrete, and Arlington lists it for 1 in pipe, so cable or conduit can run from one floor to the next.
The 1-1/2 in is the hole, not the conduit size. Conduit measures wider than its trade size. 1 in rigid PVC is 1.315 in across, which leaves about 3/32 in all round in this sleeve. 1-1/2 in conduit is 1.9 in across and won't fit, so use the CPS20.

How it installs
Arlington's steps: nail or screw the sleeve to the form, cut it off flush after the concrete sets, then insert the conduit. Sleeves stack up to 23 in for a thicker pour.
Before you pour: Arlington's sheet doesn't state a UL or CSA listing, or a fire, water, gas or radon rating. If the sleeve goes through a fire-rated floor or a foundation, ask your inspector or firestop designer first.
