Open conduit stubs on a slab or underground job fill with concrete slurry, mud and water if nobody caps them. The Arlington EMT350C is a 3-1/2 in trade size non-metallic push-on conduit cap in high-visibility yellow, sold in a 25-pack. It seals the end of EMT during concrete pours and also fits rigid, IMC and rigid PVC conduit of the same trade size.

Pro tip from the counter
Cap every stub before the pour, and on vertical stub-ups where finishers and equipment move around, wrap a turn of tape over the cap edge so it can't be knocked off. Before pulling, run a mandrel or swab through each run, since caps keep out slurry but not condensation that collects in a long underground raceway.
