Terminating feeders and ground conductors on bus bars, transformers and equipment needs a lug that takes a wide range of wire sizes. The Techspan LA250 is a type LA aluminum mechanical solderless lug for one conductor from 6 AWG to 250 kcmil, copper or aluminum. It is tin-plated, rated 600 V and 90°C, and mounts with a single 5/16 in bolt.

Pro tip from the counter
Check the bolt size on the bus or equipment stud before ordering: this lug takes a 5/16 in bolt. Don't drill the hole out to fit a bigger stud, because that thins the tongue around the bolt and weakens the connection under the torque it needs.
