I used the Klein Tools ET450 Advanced Circuit Tracer Kit on a troubleshooting job in Toronto where the panel wasn’t labeled properly (classic). Once the transmitter was connected to the circuit, the receiver sensitivity made it straightforward to isolate the signal and confirm the correct breaker without playing guess-and-check. What impressed me most is that it’s built for energized and non-energized breakers, fuses, and wires, and it’s designed to detect the signal through drywall, cement block, and even underground.

This was a replacement for a bulb that has been discontinued, so it needed to be added along side existing pot lights.
It is working perfectly and any difference is not noticeable.

Not so good: Finish quality is just OK. Metal grounding bar obstructs outlet mounting **** hole. Had to remove, bend to re-align and re-install. Flimsy captive plastic AC cable connector.

Still a useful and interesting product but not suited for high end builds.

Couldn't find these parts (timeclock trippers) for a reasonable price anywhere and without them it rendered my timeclock useless. Even after talking with Maple I had few expectations that the parts would be delivered since they were a low price part and I didn't think it would be worth the company's efforts.
