The Ouellet OFM is a standard electric baseboard heater delivering 1500W at 208V across a 1668mm cabinet. Its stainless steel element floats on high-temperature nylon bushings to cut the expansion ticking common in cheaper baseboards, and the white powder-coat finish can be repainted to match the room. Common questions
Will this work on a 240V circuit?
No. This model is rated for 208V — Ouellet directs not to connect it to 120V or 240V. Have a licensed electrician confirm your supply voltage before ordering.
Does it come with a thermostat?
No. A wall thermostat or control is typically required and sold separately, unless you select a factory-installed option.
Why the floating element design?
The element floats on high-temperature nylon bushings, which reduces the ticking and pinging noises baseboards make as they heat up and cool down.
