My wife is jealous of a piece of plastic.

I've had this clamp meter for a week, and I think my wife is starting to get suspicious.

Yesterday, I caught her glaring at it from across the garage. "You're spending an awful lot of time with that... thing," she said.

Can I help it if it just gets me?

This morning, I used it to figure out why half the kitchen outlets were dead. This meter didn't judge my questionable wiring from 2005. It just clamped on, gave me the numbers, and the NCV function politely beeped to let me know I was about to give myself a spicy new haircut.

It's got more features than my car. The carrying case is nicer than my luggage. My old meter just feels so... analog now. I think I'll have to let it down gently.

10/10. Might buy it a tiny hat.

Common questions
What's the difference between the CL390 and the CL220?
The CL390 clamps both AC and DC current up to 400A; the CL220 clamps AC current only. Both are auto-ranging Klein clamp meters.
What is the CAT safety rating?
The listing doesn't state it — check the Klein spec sheet before panel work, and confirm the category your task requires with a licensed electrician.
Does it measure voltage too?
This listing covers the 400A AC/DC clamp function. For the full function list and measurement ranges, confirm against Klein's spec sheet for the CL390.
