Do Arlington TV BOX units combine power and low-voltage in one opening?
Yes — most TV BOX models include a receptacle side and a low-voltage side with the required divider so line-voltage and signal cable stay separated per the CEC.
Can I install a TV BOX in a retrofit wall?
Yes. Arlington makes both new-work (with nailing flanges) and old-work (with wing clamps) TV BOX versions. The old-work version drops into a drywall cutout without opening the wall.
Will the TV sit flush against the wall over a TV BOX?
Yes — the recessed body is why the product exists. The receptacle and plug sit inside the wall cavity, so a wall-mount TV can pull tight against the drywall. Confirm the mount's bracket clears the recess.
