Great Service!

Couldn't find these parts (timeclock trippers) for a reasonable price anywhere and without them it rendered my timeclock useless. Even after talking with Maple I had few expectations that the parts would be delivered since they were a low price part and I didn't think it would be worth the company's efforts. Quentin took my order and followed up twice to provide updates and as requested, he arranged to have these small parts sent via letter mail thereby reducing the shipping costs below the cost of the parts themselves. Great service, thanks Quentin!
