The Hydel EK400ROBC is a 200 A, 4-jaw single-phase meter socket in Hydel's oversize enclosure built for BC, and it accepts either overhead or underground supply, which makes it a practical stock item for residential service entrances and upgrades on 120/240 V, 3-wire services.

Hydel builds this oversize version specifically for BC, so check the local utility's accepted meter base list before using it anywhere else. An Ontario or Alberta service gets its own approved Hydel variant, and a base the utility doesn't accept will hold up the reconnect.
