Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 0-2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods:

  • We offer several shipping options for domestic and international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
  • Available shipping methods include Free local shipping on orders above $150.00 , Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and International Shipping. Customers can select their preferred shipping method during checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days within Canada.
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days within Canada.
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website or directly through the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.

6. International Shipping:

  • International customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with their shipment. These charges are not included in the shipping costs at checkout.
